I've a nice bit of chicken and gamon lined up for a late lunch. With roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings, carrots, broccoli, all smothered in gravy.

That's right. It's the final day for submitting your sef-assessment tax return ...

The government annouced recently the deadline for submitting self-assessment is moving to the 28th February.
This gives you a whole extra month to get your paperwork together ready to be submitted. And to avoid late penalty fines.
