QuickBooks top tip: Choose the right plan

The hubby and I rarely argue.

This said, we do bicker fairly regularly. I consider it a way to let off steam to avoid a big blow up.

But there is one thing that really gets us shouting at each other.

It's the one thing that is like an incendiary bomb going off even before the fuse has been lit.

You can guarantee a score of choice words being used to describe what we think of one another. And it's this ...

Getting lost somewhere in the car.

Seriously, that's it.

And it's always worse when we're lost with no-way of turning around i.e. we're on a one way system in a city centre.

I don't really know what it is that does it. The lack of knowing, the time being lost, or the fact one blames the other for not spotting this crucial error in the first place.

Good planning, well in advance, usually ensures a smooth trouble free journey. And when it comes to QuickBooks this is my advice to you:

Select the best plan for your business.

This seems pretty obvious, right? But many don't consider it enough in advance and so end up paying more than they need.

This includes going with QuickBooks Online over the desktop version, and it’s largely for data security and accessibility purposes. The desktop version is much more limited in capability, including the inability to access your account on different devices, mobile, for instance, and you have to backup your data on a regular basis.

Business Buddies (always sounds weird saying this in the third person as seen as it's myself and Lindsey), can help you compare QuickBooks plans, and work out the best for you.

We'll make sure you get the best version of QuickBooks for your needs and at the best price.

Best, Sarah
