REVEALED: The inventor of the web was NOT a bookkeeper

>> Shock horror <<

No, in fact it was invented in 1990 by computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee, who created the World Wide Web as we know it today.

It then only took HMRC 30 years to bring out Making Tax Digital, to get tax submissions off paper and online.

One of their faster initiatives.

I jest, of course. It can't be easy moving an entire country's tax system online.

And for all their faults, HMRC have at least got this right.

Bookkeepers have never had it so easy ...

And bookkeeping has never been so simple.

For small businesses, Making Tax Digital has been a breath of fresh air.

But for you to benefit fully you will still need to sign up with a Making Tax Digital software provider such as QuickBooks.

This though is mercifully simple.

And there are many advantages to it beyond just getting your books in order.

Today's small business tip is: sign up with a Making Tax Digital provider.

Your other option is to sign up through Business Buddies and let us take care of it for you.

You can focus on delivering work, and leave the administration to us.

This will save you time, money and stress. But best of all, it will cost you nothing just to find out if we can help.

So email me now and we'll take it from there.

Best, Lindsey
